C.J.

It could be that either your monitor is not getting power or that something is wrong with the power supply section of your monitor chassis. We recommend checking the voltage going to the monitor to make sure that it is getting power. If your monitor is getting power then check for issues on your monitor chassis around where the power comes in. It could be that a fuse blew in this section and just needs to be replaced. Other than that, it's probably time to start thinking about the flyback and HOT (Horizontal Output Transistor). We have some videos on our Volume 2 DVD that show you how to check and replace both of these parts if you are not familiar with them. You can buy this DVD from our online store.

We have also featured your question on episode 21 of our Q&A podcast. Please listen to it for more of our thoughts on your question. Thank you for your question and keep us updated on your progress.
